LDA City commercial Plots Balloting
LDA City commercial plots balloting were held. Provincial Minister for Housing Mohammad Asad Khokhar and Director General LDA Ahmad Aziz Tarran drew lots.
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) organized a raffle for LDA City Commercial Plots at LDA Sports Complex, Johar Town yesterday.
The computeriz lottery conducted in collaboration with the Punjab Information Technology Board. The lottery held on 197 commercial plots and a total of 7516 applications were include in it. The lottery included 21 plots of 15 marlas. 46 plots of 10 marlas, 58 plots of 7 marlas, and 72 plots of 5 marlas.
Talking to the draw ceremony, Provincial Minister for Housing Mohammad Asad Khokhar said that LDA is actively involve in the development of the city. New projects are going to be launche in Lahore very soon. He said that LDA City was a dead-end project which we have revived and now it has become an attractive project. I am happy that plots are being allotte through a transparent lottery.
On the occasion, Director General LDA Ahmad Aziz Tarar said that LDA City comprising of 13,000 kanals is a megaproject. It is a very important project for both the citizens and the LDA. LDA’s reputation will be further enhance by transparent lottery
The function was attend by Vice-Chairman Wasasikh Imtiaz Mahmood, Sadia Sohail Rana (MPA), Engineer Aamir Riaz Qureshi (Member Governing Body LDA), and LDA officers.
