I believe that Real Estate is a mode of investment where beneficial consultancy is more important than the actual selling and buying of property. A prospective buyer-equipped with insightful advice-stand a very real chance to earn substantial profit. I have always strived to be that person who gives such advantageous advice. I have dealt in residential plots/property but now I am more involved in LDA City plots / Files projects and plots.
Although a number of educated individuals have joined this profession, yet there is room for improvement with the passage of time. As property investment consultant, I feel communication with the customer does the trick and fruitful if you end up achieving your ultimate goal which is customer satisfaction.
